Shabbat

Shir Hadash Reconstructionist Community meets to celebrate Shabbat in a variety of ways:

Dinners are held the first Friday evening of the month, usually in a community member's home.

Services are on the 2nd and 4th Shabbat of the month and are held at St. Louis Hillel at Washington University beginning at 10am.

Shabbat Learning is the 3rd Shabbat of the month at St. Louis Hillel at Washington University beginning at 10am.

SHABBAT DINNERS

Our community meets for dinner monthly, usually at the home of a member.  We eat, talk and learn together in a family Shabbat environment.  Most meals are pot luck, all are vegetarian.

February 5

March 5

April 2

April 30

As a courtesy to our home hosts, RSVP is required to attend Shabbat dinners. Please contact us by the Monday before the dinner if you wish to attend.
