Purchase Tribute Contribution Cards
You can enjoy the convenience and expediency of sending your own personalized tribute cards by purchasing tribute cards. For a tax deductible donation of $180 you will receive 10 tribute cards and 10 envelopes with Shir Hadash return address labels. To honor or remember someone with a tribute donation, simply fill out a card and mail it to the recipient at your convenience.

Inscribe a Memorial Leaf on our Tree of Life
The Shir Hadash Tree of Life is affixed to the side of our Aron Kodesh/Holy Ark, serves as a visible remembrance of our dearly departed Shir Hadash members and loved ones. You can purchase a leaf in memory of a loved one or friend with a donation of $125. Please complete the leaf order form below. Please complete and submit a separate form for each leaf you would like to purchase (one name per leaf). Payment can be completed above using the Tributes, Donations, and Memorials form.
